Clément Foucault 4ba944b15a GPU: GLSL Preprocess: Always remove quotes 
We cannot do this for the MSL files. Also
they are written in MSL which should not be
processed. So use datatoc for them.

Also add quote linting for GLSL files.

Blender is the free and open source 3D creation suite. It supports the entirety of the 3D pipeline-modeling, rigging, animation, simulation, rendering, compositing, motion tracking and video editing.
