Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Short description of error
The main head up menu is offset tot he left. So can see only the Help Menu; all others, like File, Edit, etc are off the screen to the left.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

This is a known issue that will be fixed soon. D15873: Fix #100141: Header Alignment of New Editors
Right now, as with all scrollable areas, move your mouse to the Topbar, hold the middle mouse button down and drag the header from left to right
