FBX animations not working with Unity #101655

Operating system: Windows 11
Graphics card: rtx 3070

Blender Version
Broken: 3.3
Worked: 3.2
Short description of error
Animations contained in ".fbx" files don't work properly in unity, the frame rate is much slower and the duration of the track is from 0 to 1. If I import the fbx file back into Blender, the animation works with no issue.If I reimport the "wrong" fbx back into Blender 3.2 and then export again to unity, it works properly

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Using Blender 3.3 and any fbx file with at least one mesh and an animation. Export the file like so: Limit to "Selected objects", INCLUDE: Object types: mesh &armatures, TRANSFORM: scale: 1, fbx units scale, -Z forward, Y up, Apply units, use space transforms, aply transforms; GEOMETRY: smothing: normals only, apply modifiers; ARMATURE: primary bone axis: Y, secondary bone axis: X, only deforms bones; BAKE ANIMATION: key all bones, force startend keying, sampling rate: 1, simplify: 0. Import the fbx file into unity
