Hi, thanks for the report. I can replicate this behavior when switched to Run action from T position.
Any idea why keyframes are not there for Run action when added to rig?
It seems rotation of arms from T action is remembered when switched to Run action

I dont know why this happens.
I made a model, everything was fine. The next day I started blender, checked the animation, but it had already become incorrect.

Hi, I think this is not a bug. In your file, Bone rotation is changing when we switch action from T.stoika to Run.
I found that upperam_2.L and upperam_2.R bone has no keyframe in Run action (but they have in T.stoika action)
When you switched to Run action, upperam_2.L/R keeps the rotation value from T.stoika action.
So the fix is to add keyframes for these bones in Run action.
Uploaded the file with fixed rotation.
