Short description of error
The "Frame All" and "Frame Selected" operator ignore the "Smooth View" preference, when invoked from the menu (View > Frame All).

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
See in the video how there is no smooth interpolation when using the operator via the menu (View > Frame All). Using the operator via the operator search (entry node.view_all) or via the shortcut moves the view with smoothing according to the preference.
In the 3D viewport the zooming is smooth no matter how the operator is activated.

  1. Open any node editor and move the view so that the nodes are not centered.
  2. Invoke use the "Frame All" operator from the menu. -> there will be no smooth interpolation.
