System Information
Operating system: Lenovo Ideapad3 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Graphics card: AMD Ryzen 3 3250U with Radeon Graphics 2.60 GHz

Blender Version
Broken: 3.5
Worked: none

The entirety of the main ui that should be shown at the top is all covered by this black ui and i have no idea what im clicking because of it

Open blender, and the ui should be invisible, but interactable (Im talking about the interface thats supposed to be there however in place of it is 2 black bars at the top)

Will close as a duplicate. @dawnite Please update to the very latest drivers directly from AMD (see below) to see if that helps. If not, you can respond inside #100096 instead.
