Blender Version
Broken: version: 4.2.0, branch: blender-v4.2-release, commit date: 2024-07-16 06:20, hash: a51f293548ad
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

The content in the "Get Extensions" and "Add-ons" windows disappears.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]
Load Factory Settings.
For the following active workspaces(Layout, Modeling, Sculpting and UV Editing ) or any duplicated workspace, when you open the N-Panel, select "Tool" and turn on the "Filter Add-ons button", if you now open the Preferences window and go to either the Get Extensions or Add-ons window all the content there disappears.
