Short description of error
VR session won't show any image when using 'Rendered' or 'Material preview' shading. It shows a black screen and only the outline of selected objects and axis from the VR Controllers are visible.
Using 'Wireframe' or 'Solid', shows correctly the scene on the VR headset
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Using Default scene when opening Blender:
I can confirm this issue in 4.3.0 alpha and not 4.2. I will look into bisecting.

Doing some testing in the file:
source/blender/draw/engines/eevee_next/eevee_camera.cc
bringing back overscan section for viewport rendering, from
2b248d2720
into the actual codeallows me to see again the VR Session on my headset, I know this could introduce more bugs doing it this way, but it was just to try to delimit the problem.
I'm not into the full Blender source code, but I hope this info could help you.
