Multiple problems with blender 4.2, cant open normally and cant put add-ons... #126257

System information:
Windows 10 x64bit
grapichs card: Nvidia Geforce RTX 3050 4GB GDDR6
Blender version is 4.2

So first of all, im new to blender, dont do much thing on it, but i download it second time but when i try to open it it says: "VCRUNTIME 104.dll is missing,,. So i check it up but the dll is there.

That problem i can solwe with i dont run the blender launcher that the program made a shortcut, i run the blender application, but its still weird that i cant run normaly blender.

Second problem, i started made some stuff and i need add-on loop tools, but i cant download it, i gave the internet access but its say's some repository access error.

I tried to refresh it but still, not working.

After that i tried to download from disk but its cant really work too...

I dont really know how to use Blender, i started it around a week ago just i have to install it to another device and in this devices started the problems... Sorry if my english is horrible, if someone can help me with this i would thank it really, please help

Hi there! For the extension system to be able to connect to the internet, you need to enable User Preferences > System > Network > Allow Online Access option.

For windows it's best to always start blender with blender-launcher.exe

Hi ther, i just vrite a quick update, the whole problem is with the windows. The windows doesnt have the VCRUNTIME140.dll (I tought blender missing it) so i download it and now i can use the blender launcher and if i connect to the internet it actually does.
