Vertex Weight Mix modifier "apply" button don't work #29636

First of all, Vertex Weight Mix is a great great tool, so useful for skinnkg and facial task
Vertex Weight Mix modifier "apply" button don't work when if are shapekeys in the model, I know that this issue it is normal
when you have shapekeys in a model, but "apply as shape" don't work too, so you can't "bake" the Vertex Weight Mix modifier result on
regular character ( with facial shapes for example).

%%%Well, not being able to “bake” vgroups in shape keys is quite normal, afaik… But I agree it would be nice to be able to apply them in the regular way, even when they are shapekeys, as they do not touch the geometry itself.

%%%In fact, I think we would need a new modifier type, e.g. eModifierTypeType_NonGeometrical, or eModifierTypeType_CustomDataOnly, for modifier that never affect the geometry (vgroup ones, and prob. also uvproject). That type of modifiers should be appliable even on shape keyed objects! Will try to find some tomorrow to talk about it with key devs. ;)%%%

Now "Modify" modifiers (WeighVG and UVProject) can be applied to Object, even when it has shapekeys.
