Do you have c++ redistributable 2013
Do you have the newist graphics cards?
Sorry drivers
Try using the newest version of Blender from https://builder.blender.org/download/
Try installing the latest drivers manly for your GPU
If you just installed windows 7 make sure you have Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 link :http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784
look for this file on your computer and upload it to this thread C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\blender.crash.txt
use the corresponding file and place it next to blender.exe
Windows 32-bit
http://download.blender.org/ftp/sergey/softwaregl/win32/opengl32.dll
Windows 64-bit
http://download.blender.org/ftp/sergey/softwaregl/win64/opengl32.dll
i have all the latest drivers ad all prerequisites, including C++
i have also downloaded and tried both opengl32.dll files
it still crashes.
Don't use both the open gl files only th 64 bit one
Please use the test builds
i tried both just in case
and the test builds don't work

@Shazarakk, I'd recommend testing with the ".zip"s rather than the installers. Could you also test if it works if you launch it from the folder instead from the desktop link?
@JulianEisel you know what we need... A blender crash project.
@Shazarakk please try and launch blender using the command line... Command prompt
I have tried both the zip's and the command line, none of them work, (the command line simply says it can't find the specified file
@JulianEisel can you help him
It looks like you don't have Service Pack 1 installed. It is really important to keep OS + graphics drivers + Blender up-to-date, otherwise issues like this may appear.
@JulianEisel i do have SP 1
@Shazarakk what steps did you take in using the command prompt... did you navigate to the folder with blender.exe
i tries using the direct exicute, when that didn't work i searched furiously for the navigate code, but i couldn't find ti, so i haven't tried that yet no.
Could you just give us the path to the blender.exe? I'll tell you how to do it then
C:\Users\shazarakk\Desktop\blender-2.73-8a28895-win64
Okay, so just enter the following commands:
(Wrote this out of my head so no guarantee it works, but it should)
Thank you for the code, but it still crashes
In your description are you saying that your CPU is running at 100% at start up
@Shazarakk, yes, but the console should now show proper information that could help us. So could you paste that in here?
i never said such a thing, it is averaging out at 6-7% ATM, ( i have about 30 tabs open, two of them being youtube, currently streaming).
I don't know what it is on start up, since my monitoring programs don't boot before the load is released
"
Processor does not exceed 54C at 100% load 99% cache usage.
GPU 1 80C 100% load.
GPU 2 70C 100% load
"
i have a custom loop, unfortunately the gpu waterblocks had a manufacturing issue in them, or took damage later on, so right now they are running on air, while my CPU is running on the equivalent to 8 120mm rads (360mm dual thickness, and 120mm dual thickness, both push/pull) i will get the GPU blocks installed when i clean and refill my loop
So, this really looks like a duplicate of #42308. The comments in there describe a way that should most likely solve this.
