Short description of error
[Blender crashes when in the sculpting mode in the sculpting tab and then switching to edit mode. This can be seen occurring in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k_tvJ44BNao at time 23:07 and time 45:51. Dynotopo was on while working in the sculpt mode.]
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
[Open up a new file and create an object for sculpting. Select the sculpting tab, enable dynotopo, and use constant resolution at about a setting of 15. Sculpt some changes into the object, then enter the edit mode by pressing the tab key. It is erratic but the program sometimes crashed for me. The file I was working on is also uploaded for reference.{F7622598}]
[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]

I cannot reproduce it here spec win7 gtx 550ti, may be something with your settings.
Same issue here. Deleted the cube -> added UV Sphere -> subdivision ->minor sculpting (dyntopo, constant details, resolution 15-30) -> press TAB -> crash without any error message.

I could reproduce it. It doesn't happen immediately but after couple of minutes.
