You must give more details to the developers, explain the steps you're making before crash, share a .blend file to reproduce. Also you tell it works in 2.79 but there wasn't Eevee in 2.79...

This problem is already reported many time, it is know hardware limitation of Intel HD 4000 and older Intel GPU, thus this hardware not meet minimum Blender 2.80 requirement.
To try mitigate this problem you can upgrade GPU drivers from Intel support site

The operating system, main memory size, GPU brand and model, GPU driver version and Blender hash or its build date may be needed by developers to investigate this issue

Next time you want report a bug you can use Help > Report a Bug item and strictly compile following proposed form, all text from [ to ] must be edited. You must clearly describe steps to reproduce issue and attach a simplest possible .blend file as request.

Before you made a new bug report you must use Search box (upper right on Bug Report page) to check if bug/problem is already reported from others users. Duplicating bugreport is a waste of time and resources for developers
