Motivation
The transformation code is old and includes many features that have been added over time.
Large cleanups with file splitting have improved the organization and readability of the code. But there are still other important steps to take.
The objective of this task is to organize everything that needs to be improved in the transform code.

#63743 seems to be more of an user interface issue
I try to limit usability here.
But this can change.
I see, but that's the point. 🙂
#63743 would actually be a major usability improvement. For example, currently in sculpt mode it's a big challenge to use the transform tools because the gizmo disappears when you move it, making it very hard to put it on the desired location. Also animators would benefit a lot from it.. Not to mention regular modeling as well.. 👍
