Scene crashes Blender on open. #70695

Short description of error
File crashes Blender on open. (Also crashes the 2.80 release version)
Before this happened I was removing some animation properties that had missing paths due to renaming of a bone on a rig that was Library linked using the new Library Override system.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
I've attached the scene so hopefully you can get some information from the crash? cletus_animation_crouch.blend
[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]

Don't crash here (although the file has many warnings and errors).
Make sure this is not caused by any addons.

Ah interesting. So the file is linking in an Armature file via the Library Override. If I move the Blend file to another location so it can't locate the Blend file, it opens with errors, just as it did for you.

So it seems I'd need to send you both files with intact paths for it Crash your end.

OK, so I will fix the crash, but imho the real bug is how that situation could happen (we have 'insert constraint' override operation on a posebone's constraint stack which have no constraint at all neither in the local override nor in the linked reference data-blocks, this is not supposed to happen).

So real fix would be possible if I get a way to reproduce that situation from a valid, sane .blend file.

I guess at some point in the past that constraint did exist then got removed. If you know what bones were involved I could probably describe what I've done, if that is of use?

The broken bone is ctrl_hand_pickup.R, it has two 'insert constraint' operations without having any constraints.

PS: fixed the crash in 1e5e65fa9f, would keep that report open for now though.
