OpenVDB from Houdini crashing blender when motion blur is enabled! #78038

Short description of error
Hello, i made "powder simulation" in Houdini which consists alembic file with particles and openVDB with smoke sim.
When i turn on motion blur, Blender randomly crashing on initializing stage(it dont happen everytime, just something like once in 3 attempts, but this does not allow me to start animation render, becasue I would have to watch it and one frame render quite a long time). The problem lies in vdb because particles themselves never crash. Is there any workaround for it? I tired render particles with motion blur and smoke separatly and composite it later but i think without any smoke depth information its impossible.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open Blender and just import openVDB from Houdini via new openVDB importer and enable motion blur in render properties or vector pass in view layer properties.
Add camera and now randomly render any 1-60 frames. I think you won't have to wait long for crash.

I can confirm that this happens on Windows 10 (1909). I got it to happen on both 2.83 as well as on a recent commit in master (0ded6f5525) using Cycles.
The error was an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION.
