Dual RTX 3090 in render view will crash blender #85317

System Information
Operating system: win 10 20H2
Graphics card: 2 x RTX 3090. Test it on multiple drivers, now i am on 461.40

Blender Version
2.91.2

Short description of error

Select the gpu in the system with optix then select cycles and click render Preview button and blender hangs for ever. The same bahavior is with cuda . I test it with the lates beta and is the same.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
As above described.

Same issue with 2 x GTX 1080. Problem gone after disabling "hardware accelerated gpu".

This is similar to #78377 and #78584 (both deal with multi-GPU and with that Windows option set).

Considering the issue has been reported multiple times now, I think 1) Users experiencing problems should report the problem to Microsoft using their Feedback app since it's influenced by this setting and 2) Investigated here just in case blender's calling pattern is problematic somehow.

This is similar to #78377 and #78584 (both deal with multi-GPU and with that Windows option set).
