Could you be more specific?
Do you get erros? Artifacts? Crashes? Viewport? render?
If this is specific to a certain .blend file, please attach that as well.
Doesn't work on version AMD 21.5.1 and 21.4.1 either
I've been using AMD old version for a long time in to make it work

Guess it is an AMD specific issue.
Updating graphic driver to recent version results same issue for me as well.
System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.18362-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: AMD Radeon(TM) 535 ATI Technologies Inc. 4.5.14830 Core Profile Context 21.4.1 27.20.21002.112
@lichtwerk , not specific to any blend file for me at least.
Can even notice the behavior in default scene.
Added subscriber: @philipp-14
Could you inform me? I don't want to downgrade to the old AMD version

As far as I can see Eevee works fine on my system:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1800X Eight-Core Processor
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.19041-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: Radeon (TM) RX 480 Graphics ATI Technologies Inc. 4.5.14760 Core Profile Context 20.45.37.01 27.20.14537.1001
This report does not contain all the requested information, which is required for us to investigate the issue.

It worked when I enabled this setting

Nice catch @EterNity . Thanks! :)
Closing the task as the problem is fixed (for me as well).

Will add this specific platform to workaround. Users should not do this manually.
It currently does not work for this specific configuration as it is not common. Never heard about a 535 before. Will add it to 2.93,2.83 and 3.0
