Short description of error
I download dmg file, and install blender for apple silicon. after that, I try to run it, but it doesn't working.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
I append report logs which apple present.

BLT_lang_setwhich is involved in the translation of Blender for different languages.Has this worked before?
