Let me investigate.
In line art branch the file works fine. I'm not sure what change caused the issue, this should be fixed.
Maybe it causes problems in the indoor scene. Also, there seems to be a memory leak problem. https://developer.blender.org/T93454

Hey @ChengduLittleA ,
I encounter the same problem with the line art - I'm already using 3.1.2
System Information
Operating system: Windows 10
Graphics card: NVIDIA RTX 2070 super
MEMORY: 32GB RAM
Short description of the error
The line art of Blender 3.1.2 is Flickering and some of it is invisible - it's very hard to edit since any small movement will almost make the blender unworkable. I'm not 100% that this is the same problem, but it does have the same characteristics
Is there anything you need from me?
Kind regards,
Poyo
Hi @poyoiamayoyo ! Do you have a file set up that I can take a look?
Hey @ChengduLittleA,
Thank you for your quick response, below is the file. Intentionally didn't put the materials since it's too large.
Club Door.blend
Please let us know what you find out :)
