This task is part of #96225.
The basic 3D paint brush has been implemented. This task is about implementing all of the needed brush settings that are related to this tool.
The following list of brush settings are mostly stemming from the sculpt mode paint brush.

? Brush.use_accumulate
(This setting should more closely be compared to the new setting "flow". Accumulate is more accessible, but flow might have other advantages?)
? Brush.use_automasking_boundary_edges
? Brush.use_automasking_boundarry_edges_face_sets
? Brush.automasking_boundary_edges_propogation_steps
(Automasking by boundary is questionable for painting tools, but might have certain advantages?)
? Brush.sculpt_plane
? Brush.use_original_normal
? Brush.use_original_plane
(The sculpt plane settings very likely make no sense for pure paint brushes.)

@JosephEagar If you are interested you can help you with this task next. There are plenty of settings from the sculpt mode Paint Brush that need to be carried over to texture painting.

Make the cursor follow perpendicular to the normal it is over in Paint mode as it does in Sculpt mode. Thanks
