Changing UV smoothing mode in Subdivision Surface in geometry node does not refresh UV Editor View #98594

Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
Subdivision Surface in geometry node have option for UV smoothing.
And UV editor have overlay option for Modified Edges, that shows modified UV.
However, UV editor is not refreshed in real time when that option is changed.

I uploaded screenshot gif animation.
UV_Update.gif
3D View is updated in real time.
(Texturing is also updated in real time)
However, UV editor is not refreshed until view is moved by mouse dragging.
Here, lines for modified Edge are enhanced by changing Theme color to white.
(UV/Image Editor - Texture Paint/Modifier UVs)

(Ensure Blender is built with -DWITH_OPENSUBDIV=ON. Should be enabled by default for most builds)
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Open the attached file ModifiedEdges.blend
  2. In the geometry nodes editor, change the UV smoothing option from "All" to "None"
  3. BUG: observe that the 3D view is updated in real time, but the UV editor is not.
 (You can redraw the UV editor view by panning or zooming in the UV Editor View.)

Can confirm, not sure if this should be considered a bug, as we already have similar missing redraws.

Overlay option for Modified Edges is enabled,
and theme color for that is changed to white for clarity.
Changing UV smooth option in Subdivision Surface Node does not redraw UV editor.
