Delete Branch "Harley/blender:FileDrawAssert"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Do not include Fake Draggable button in file lists if the space is so
constrained that they have negative widths. Avoids debug assert.
As this complaint shows, if the File Browser is very constrained - like in the Video Editing layout - there is no space to include everything when the side panel is pulled out. At that point the "fake draggable button" has a negative width and we get an debug assert. This PR just checks that the width is over zero before creating the button.
