Clear active flag on pasted nodes (this is in line with how objects are
pasted).

Could alternatively be handled in node_copy_with_mapping?

Hmm, I didn't think to check how it works for objects. Simple remapping seemed more logical to me.

That seems like a reasonable tidbit for the commit message, but the added line really works by itself IMO. And if object copy & paste is ever changed, that might end up being more confusing than helpful!
