1 - Add an option to open up the fund.blender.org website at the end of
the install process.

2 - Use blender launcher to register blender in order to prevent a black
dialog box flashing onto the screen.

3- Since registering blender can take a bit, add a progress text during
registration

4- during installation on windows 10+ the installer displayed
Copying new files File: [1], Directory: [9], Size [6] fixed to just display

Things up for discussion :

1 - Unsure about the exact text for the checkbox, i winged it, if you have a better text, happy to replace it.

2 - Checkbox is on by default, since it would drive the highest number of users to our website, again happy to change it to whatever you want.

3 - Actual URI again i winged it, i could see the metrics people maybe wanting something in there so they can track the traffic as coming from the installer?

4 - I bunched all these updates in a single commit this could be split out (but I didn't see the need to)

5 - We launch the page with explorer.exe which on win11 launches the page in the default browser (firefox in my case), unsure what win 10/8.1 do there could be it launches edge/internet explorer
