We need a place where we can test deployments of gitea-related infrastructure, be it code or styling.

For this purpose i'll look at setting up a machine 'test.projects.blender.org' that will work as similar to projects.blender.org as possible , have some meaningful repo-data.. and permit contributors to test their changes before deploying to production and/or restarting gitea with an untested app.ini

Due to hardware-constraints, it'll be a less CPU/RAM-rich instance, and we do not want to cate for many repos.. but for the rest it should be relatively similar.
