@Arnd I went ahead and did a bit more than this.

There are upcoming changes for 4.0 that will need Xcode 15, which is in Beta currently. I made a buildbot config so we don't have to change stable Blender versions to the Xcode Beta. Testing it in blender/blender#110243.

This then also comes with the 14.0 SDK.

I'm not sure yet if we want to enable this for 4.0 daily builds since I don't understand all the implications, but pull requests can already test it.
