UI: Add asset browser option to sort by catalogs, new default

This should not use TIP_, but just the N_ macro to mark the string for the translation extraction process. Actual translation should happen when required by using code, not as 'base' value of the enum item.

UI: Add asset browser option to sort by catalogs, new default

Discussed IRL, would keep all RNA enum entries into a single omne for the time being (among other reasons, for discoverability from API doc generators and i18n tools). Until filebrowser and assetbrowser are properly split.
