WARNING: Do Not Squash

MUST merge DO NOT SQUASH COMMITS! This PR contains missing version bumps for all addons, these commits are needed for the release system to find the next addon version automatically.

What's Changed

This PR contains improvements to https://studio.blender.org/pipeline/ for the add-on table and changelogs.

  • Add Addon links to download table
  • Link download table in install instructions for addons
  • Cleanup Changelog Heading to look pretty
  • Add version bumps for missing addons CANNOT SQUASH THESE COMMITS
  • Clean-up Changelogs after version bump
