Existing mouse event icons altered to align vertically with other event
icons, made slightly wider to center align.

Existing mouse event icons altered slightly so that their heights match with the outlines of the other event icons. Widths increased slightly to match, which also makes the non-drag version be centered.

The change to even mouse alignment and size makes them match better vertically with other event icons, although I will have to (later) make some horizontal spacing changes.
