Fix and test direction_to_fisheye_lens_polynomial

I named it TEST(KernelCamera, FisheyeLensPolynomialRoundtrip) so I can add round-trip tests for the other fisheye cameras.

Fix and test direction_to_fisheye_lens_polynomial

I added commits fixing all these issues and ran "git push", but it didn't do anything for quite some time so I killed the process and re-ran it. Now it says "Everything up to date" but the commits…
