Output nodes don't write the correct frame number & generally do'nt support being invoked by VSE scene strips (if any edit is made in the VSE)

I feel like the proper solution is for the File Output node to use the frame number of the VSE scene/render pipeline

Can we mark this as confirmed/todo then?
