Hi, thanks for the report. Now brush are part of asset system, appending would not work. You can mark those brush as assets and move .blend file in asset library. It may fix the situation.
Indeed, 364d62e59b15aeb60f13e7b9f389e5c077aebd7e intentionally sets V3D_SHADING_VERTEX_COLOR
for draw mode.

We can expose the modal keymap of inset tool as done for knife tool (knifetool_modal_keymap()
) but I wonder if that's essential.
Hi, this is not a bug. Modal keymap of inset tool are hardcoded. Likewise, I key is used for "individual" (can also be noticed in status bar), see: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/src…
