Grease Pencil: Lineart intersection does not respect collection context

Enabling all lines or intersection with outlines from chaining panel prevents the problem. I doubt if that's the solution. Forwarding to Yiming :)

VSE strip connection breaks when splitting strips with effect

because only selected connected strips are considered when splitting. Probably did not notice this during review

Thanks @notrudyyy :D One of local build prior to that commit is faulty. So 60013228e1 is likely the correct commit. I'll ensure reverting that commit brings back the problem before closing…
