patch from Mitchell Stokes

#18045] [patch] A patch that exposes the rest of the motion functions of KX_GameObject to Python.

*applyForce	=> setForce
*applyTorque	=> setTorque
*applyRotation	=> setDRot
*applyMovement	=> setDLoc
