8b5d5cbf06 BLI: Math: Add sign() function
This implement the sign function as simple as possible while giving the
the same result as `signum`.

173a15bcda BLI: Math: Add description and test to ceil_to_multiple and divide_ceil
I took the decision to assert on unexpected value as the behavior of these
functions are not consistent across the whole integer domain.

378022c797 BLI: Adjust interpolation to support integers, other tweaks
In order to allow interpolation of integers with a float, add a separate
template parameter for the factor and multiplication types.
Also move some helper constexpr variables to the "base" header
(reversing the dependency to "base" -> "vector").

This also adds a distance function for scalar types, which is
helpful to allow sharing code between vectors and basic types.

c434782e3a File headers: SPDX License migration
Use a shorter/simpler license convention, stops the header taking so
much space.

Follow the SPDX license specification: https://spdx.org/licenses

While most of the source tree has been included

- `./extern/` was left out.
- `./intern/cycles` & `./intern/atomic` are also excluded because they
  use different header conventions.

doc/license/SPDX-license-identifiers.txt has been added to list SPDX all

0342fb5d20 Fix T90387: division by zero when trying to invert scale
Fix division by zero when `BKE_bone_parent_transform_invert()` inverts a
scale vector with zero components.

Zero values in the to-be-inverted vector are now simply skipped, i.e.
remain zero after inversion. This at least ensures that
`invert_v3_safe(invert_v3_safe(vector))` results in the same vector.

This commit does NOT fix the conceptual problem that an inversion of a
potentially non-invertible vector is relied upon. It just avoids the
division by zero.

53d203dea8 Tests: move remaining gtests into their own module folders
And make them part of the blender_test runner. The one exception is blenlib
performance tests, which we don't want to run by default. They remain in their
own executable.
