2c08e182c7 * Added control and animation of sound volume of sequence sound strips (found in properties pane)
To insert keys, use I key while hovering over the button for now, rmb clicking on the property to insert a key doesn't work (general bug for all regions except property editor - will investigate).

Doesn't convert over from old fac0 ipos on opening old files though for the time being.

* Made sequence strip names unique while I was at it, to allow strip properties to be animated properly.

e94640040b sequencer support for loading multiple movie and sounds at once.
- more api like functions for adding movie, sound & images (easier to use from pyrna api)
- operators share more settings
- renamed get_last_seq() to active_seq_get() - same for set.

c9d2186561 - sequencer speed effect back using fcurves, still needs manual reloading to refresh.
- added a function id_data_find_fcurve() to get the fcurve without RNA vars. Aligorith: this could be made to use a path rather then a property name.

d037061b68 after transform if strips overlap, move the frame rather then the channel to fix.
useful while snap isnt working. metastrips still need to be supported.

2c985dee97 - listener for sequencer space panels added for frame changes, now redraws during transform
- invalid pointer was used for getting the sequencer length crashing blender or setting the length to negative values.
- printf_strip(seq) for debugging sequence strip locations

9059639df4 2.5: Screen/Scene New/Delete operators.
Implementation Note:
* Moved the scene copy/unlink code back into blenkernel, with
  the exception of the copy single user stuff which is still in
  object_edit.c.
* Uses SCREENDELETE notifier like SCREENBROWSE, seems only clean
  way to do this now.

eff8e107fe == Sequencer ==
This brings back sequencer rendering, moving do_render_seq() into the
pipeline where it belongs.

Things to fix: SCENE-strip rendering and memory cleanup for
SCENE-strips.

Otherwise: enjoy :)

* Game and sequencer RNA, and sequencer header are now out of date
  a bit after changes in trunk.
* I didn't know how to port these bugfixes, most likely they are
  not needed anymore.
  * Fix "duplicate strip" always increase the user count for ipo.
  * IPO pinning on sequencer strips was lost during Undo.

ce2446e3db * Was missing checks for scene->ed which crashed blender when using the sequencer for the first time.
* Added WM_OT_tweak_gesture operator for select, drag
* Sequencer select operator now returns OPERATOR_FINISHED|OPERATOR_PASS_THROUGH

31fc0ff995 * added operators SEQUENCER_OT_lock, unlock, reload, refresh_all, view_all, view_selected.
* sequencer transform now does overlap checks.
* removed old transform functions from sequencer_edit.c
* shuffle_seq moved to kernel, now moves strips to the end of the last sequence of itschannel (if all channels are used). 2.4x would remove the strip.
* most of the 'Strip' menu items now call their operators in the header menu, some for view and select too.

e68b7e6d87 * operators for toggling, making, separating metastrip's. (tab, m, alt+m)

* active strip is set to NULL if its freed again.

88e244ebb9 basic transform for sequencer strips
can transform the strips or move their handles
Still todo, click-drag transform, metastrips support, snapping, markers overlap checks and constrain to valid channels.

12k lines of sequencer back! Only seqaudio.c skipped for now.
Notes:

- it only draws now, nothing refreshes or edits.
- fixed bug in view2d.c with vertical grid step being 0.0f
- render code and fileselect code is #ifdeffed out
- sequence evaluation code moved to blenkernel, so it can
  be used for render without bad level calls

General note; sequencer code is very untidy, mixing styles too
much. Tried to clean it some, but it would be nice if formatting
is kept consistant from now on.

ed7bf5a479 2.50: added sequence.c in blenkernel for sequencer functionality
that is not supposed to be in the editor but at blenkernel level
to avoid bad level calls. Added sequencer free and strip iterator
functions there and used them to make sequencer data load/save
work again.
