To insert keys, use I key while hovering over the button for now, rmb clicking on the property to insert a key doesn't work (general bug for all regions except property editor - will investigate).
Doesn't convert over from old fac0 ipos on opening old files though for the time being.
* Made sequence strip names unique while I was at it, to allow strip properties to be animated properly.
- more api like functions for adding movie, sound & images (easier to use from pyrna api)

- renamed get_last_seq() to active_seq_get() - same for set.
- invalid pointer was used for getting the sequencer length crashing blender or setting the length to negative values.

Implementation Note:
* Moved the scene copy/unlink code back into blenkernel, with
the exception of the copy single user stuff which is still in
object_edit.c.
* Uses SCREENDELETE notifier like SCREENBROWSE, seems only clean
way to do this now.
This brings back sequencer rendering, moving do_render_seq() into the
pipeline where it belongs.
Things to fix: SCENE-strip rendering and memory cleanup for
SCENE-strips.

* I didn't know how to port these bugfixes, most likely they are

* Fix "duplicate strip" always increase the user count for ipo.

* sequencer transform now does overlap checks.

* shuffle_seq moved to kernel, now moves strips to the end of the last sequence of itschannel (if all channels are used). 2.4x would remove the strip.

Notes:
- it only draws now, nothing refreshes or edits.
- fixed bug in view2d.c with vertical grid step being 0.0f
- render code and fileselect code is #ifdeffed out
- sequence evaluation code moved to blenkernel, so it can
be used for render without bad level calls
General note; sequencer code is very untidy, mixing styles too
much. Tried to clean it some, but it would be nice if formatting
is kept consistant from now on.
that is not supposed to be in the editor but at blenkernel level
to avoid bad level calls. Added sequencer free and strip iterator
functions there and used them to make sequencer data load/save
work again.
