Campbell Barton d49c71e96e Cleanup: use logging for "Found bundled Python" message 
This was added when Python was initially bundled so any problems
finding Python could be investigated.

Move this to use logging so we can show this information when needed.

Campbell Barton 5531697f6d Cleanup: remove duplicate context variable (__py_context) 
The context was stored both in __py_context & bpy_context_module.

This avoids duplicate functions to update them too.

Jacques Lucke 91694b9b58 Code Style: use "#pragma once" in source directory 
This replaces header include guards with `#pragma once`.
A couple of include guards are not removed yet (e.g. `__RNA_TYPES_H__`),
because they are used in other places.

This patch has been generated by P1561 followed by `make format`.

Jacques Lucke b274d18aec Cleanup: correct usage of extern-C blocks in various places 
This removes extern-C blocks around other includes and adds
such blocks for some headers that need them.

Campbell Barton e12c08e8d1 ClangFormat: apply to source, most of intern 
Apply clang format as proposed in T53211.

While \file doesn't need an argument, it can't have another doxy
command after it.

Campbell Barton 65ec7ec524 Cleanup: remove redundant, invalid info from headers 
BF-admins agree to remove header information that isn't useful,
to reduce noise.

- BEGIN/END license blocks

  Developers should add non license comments as separate comment blocks.
  No need for separator text.

- Contributors

  This is often invalid, outdated or misleading
  especially when splitting files.

  It's more useful to git-blame to find out who has developed the code.

See P901 for script to perform these edits.

Campbell Barton e75f5c8208 quiet -Wmissing-prototypes warnings, and enable this warning by default for C with gcc. 
helps for finding unused functions and making functions static, also did some minor code cleanup.

Campbell Barton 1657cbe61a fix [#28672] Blender segfault after exiting a game that was opened with 
autoplay on (Blender, not blenderplayer)

blender now stops the sound system and free's its self on Pythons
sys.exit().

Campbell Barton c30149991c Experimental option to build blender as a python module, rather then blender embedding python. 
CMake build option WITH_PYTHON_MODULE, will build ./bin/bpy.so

This allows 'bpy' to be imported from python or other applications/IDE's which embed python, eg:
   python -c "import bpy ; bpy.ops.render.render(write_still=True)"

This runs in background mode and has similar restrictions to running a script:
   blender --background --python test.py

TODO:
 - install to site-packages with blender scripts
 - add support for imp.reload()
