cf8773b525 Cleanup: remove make_quicky and enum generation utilities 
- Remove `make_quicky` as on modern systems linking is the main
  bottleneck, and there isn't such a gain from partial builds.

- Remove enum generator as `PyC_StringEnumItems` & `EnumPropertyItem`
  are used in most places to access enums from Python, otherwise macros
  are added via macros.

ninja build system can do this now.

44d79c5ff8 patch cmake_linux_install.sh to do multithreaded build 
The script ##cmake_linux_install.sh## is currently invoking ##make## in single-threaded mode; this patch changes it to take advantage of all available CPU threads.

70e99a3476 make quicky wrapper for cmake. 
works like scons where using a subset of the targets name is enough.

  make_quicky.py py
...expands into
  make  bf_python bf_python_ext blender/fast

arguments like -j4 are passed on.

7fc9eee08a - updated man page from --help output. 
- cmake now installs the man page.
- added cmake_linux_install.sh, shell script which downloads and builds blender.
