Instead of using RPT_ERROR, use RPT_WARNING which will not raise an
exception to Python. This broke some scripts (including FBX import)
which already check for a None return value.

When adding certain customdata layers (namely UVs, vertex colors and
sculpt vertex colors), the user does not get notified the specific limit
has been hit (blender just silently does nothing).
Now inform the user [decided to not do this in poll() since it could get
messy once operators are extended to operate on all selected objects, so
left this as a visible error in execute() -- or from python].

Remove the 'only_face_normals' argument.
- BKE_mesh_calc_normals_poly for polygon normals.
- BKE_mesh_calc_normals_poly_and_vertex for poly and vertex normals.
Order arguments logically:
- Pair array and length arguments.
- Position normal array arguments (to be filled) last.
This was reported in T90026 for attributes, but was also true for:
- UVMaps
- Vertex Colors
- Sculpt Vertex Colors
- Face Maps
For Vertex groups and Shapekeys this was already done (in that their
remove poll would check if there is a vertex group or shapekey to begin
with), now make this consistent across all mentioned types.
Thx @vvv for the initial patch (where this was done for attributes only)

Approximately 138 changes in the spelling of compound words
and proper names like "Light Probe", "Shrink/Fatten", "Face Map".
In many cases, hyphens were used where they aren't correct, like
"re-fit". Other common changes include:
- "Datablock" -> "data-block"
- "Floating point" -> "floating-point"
- "Ngons" -> "n-gons"
These changes help give the language used in the interface
a consistent, more professional feel.

Approximately 195 changes of capitalization to conform to MLA title style.
UI labels and property names should use MLA title case, while descriptions
should be capitalized like regular prose, generally with only the start of
a sentence capitalized.

Those two functions had `BKE_` prefix, were defined in BKE headers, but
implemented in ED code, yuck.
Moved everything to ED area for now, since those do not look fondamental
enough to belong to BKE, and none of their usages requires it currently.
custom split normals data
Clearing custom split normals would get rid of the CD_CUSTOMLOOPNORMAL
layer - but editing data `lnor_spacearr` would be kept.
Adding a CD_CUSTOMLOOPNORMAL layer (if none exists yet) should be done
in `edbm_average_normals_exec` / `BKE_editmesh_lnorspace_update` /
`BM_lnorspace_update` / `BM_lnorspacearr_store`. The thing is that if
the editing data `lnor_spacearr` would still be valid after `Clear
Custom Split Normals Data`, blender would happily call
`BM_lnorspace_rebuild` instead. Doing that without a CD_CUSTOMLOOPNORMAL
layer is asking for trouble.
Now clear lnor_spacearr on `Clear Custom Split Normals Data` as well.

Sculpt Vertex Colors is a painting system that runs inside sculpt mode, reusing all its tools and optimizations. This provides much better performance, easier to maintain code and more advanced features (new brush engine, filters, symmetry options, masks and face sets compatibility...). This is also the initial step for future features like vertex painting in Multires and brushes that can sculpt and paint at the same time.
This commit includes:
- SCULPT_UNDO_COLOR for undo support in sculpt mode
- SCULPT_UPDATE_COLOR and PBVH flags and rendering
- Sculpt Color API functions
- Sculpt capability for sculpt tools (only enabled in the Paint Brush for now)
- Rendering support in workbench (default to Sculpt Vertex Colors except in Vertex Paint)
- Conversion operator between MPropCol (Sculpt Vertex Colors) and MLoopCol (Vertex Paint)
- Remesher reprojection in the Voxel Remehser
- Paint Brush and Smear Brush with color smoothing in alt-smooth mode
- Parameters for the new brush engine (density, opacity, flow, wet paint mixing, tip scale) implemented in Sculpt Vertex Colors
- Color Filter
- Color picker (uses S shortcut, replaces smooth)
- Color selector in the top bar

When a mesh is pinned in the properties panel, Blender crashes when you
click the "Add Custom Split Normals Data".
The code calls `ob = ED_object_context(C)` which returns NULL when the
mesh is pinned in the properties panel, causing a segfault when trying
to get the mesh via `ob->data`.
A new function `ED_mesh_context(C)` avoids this by first checking
whether a mesh was pinned in the context. If not, it checks the pinned
object's data. If that's not there, or it's not a mesh, it returns the
active object's mesh. Finally it returns NULL if there is no active
object, or if the active object is not a mesh object.

We already have different storages for cddata of verts, edges etc.,
'simply' do the same for the mask flags we use all around Blender code
to request some data, or limit some operation to some layers, etc.
Reason we need this is that some cddata types (like Normals) are
actually shared between verts/polys/loops, and we don’t want to generate
clnors everytime we request vnors!
As a side note, this also does final fix to T59338, which was the
trigger for this patch (need to request computed loop normals for
another mesh than evaluated one).

`ED_mesh_uv_texture_add()`/`ED_mesh_color_add()` would always either
copy data from current active one, or (for UVs), generate default
'valid' UVs for every face.
This commit adds an option to not do that, just keeping default values
from raw CDLayer creation. It is only used/exposed from RNA API
currently.
This is especially useful for importer add-ons, since some formats
support multiple layers of those kind, as well as 'partial' dataset not
explicitely defining values for all mesh items.
Preliminary step to fix T62224.

This makes the Edit Mesh display settings common to all objects. They can
also be set differently per viewport.
Modifying extra data (seams, sharp edges etc...) will no longer set them
automaticaly visible.
Bumping version because we need to force set all extra draw options for
older files.
