Alembic 1.7.12 introduces a 'DCC FPS' hint, allowing Blender to write
the scene frame rate to the Alembic file. This will make it possible for
importers and converters to properly deal with situations where 'frame
number' is the only reference to time.
Writing this new DCC FPS hint will be done in a separate commit. Here
only the Alembic library is upgraded from 1.7.8 to 1.7.12.
Opus support was enabled in 2ddfd51810. This commit adds the Opus
library and configures FFmpeg to be compiled with Opus support.
NOTE: It may be required to run `cmake -U '*FFMPEG_LIBRARIES*' .` in
your Blender build directory in order to refresh the `FFMPEG_LIBRARIES`
setting and add libopus.
Building deps on some systems will install to opt/lib/library/lib64
directories rather than opt/lib/library/lib. This adds additional
lib64 paths for ldconfig to ensure the libraries are found at
runtime.
Building OIDN still needs to be enabled explicitly with --with-oidn.
It will fail with older versions of CMake or TBB, so I can't make
any guarantees for various Linux distributions or versions.
For custom path selected during 'install_deps.sh' using '--source'/'--install', paths for blosc, embree and opencollada are not printed/inclued into BUILD_NOTES.txt file.
As '/opt/lib/<package>' paths are hardcoded into CMakes's Find* modules, this error is not noticeable, but for custom paths it is.
This patch includes those fixes/prints for those packages.

Even though that one is not really useful just to build Blender, we can
as well explicitely include it here, since all 'default' Blender builds
will include full clang/llvm stack anyway (for Cycles and deps)...
Since we are not linking against OpenCV ourselves, that generated
linking errors later on (while building OSL e.g.).
Those 'open' libs link against way too many other libs... :/
Thanks to @intrah for initial report (T56785), and @LazyDodo for
suggested solution.
* WITH_SYSTEM_OPENJPEG is removed and is now always on, this was already
the case for macOS and Windows.
* This should not break existing Linx builds. If there is no new enough
OpenJPEG installed, CMake will no find libopenjp2 and WITH_IMAGE_OPENJPEG
will be disabled.
* install_deps.sh was updated with new package names, since distributions
put this version in a new package.

Tested with Debian Testing, might need some adjustements for other
distributions...
Also removed last patches we used here, we shall not need any anymore!
This is in preparation of upgrading our library dependencies, some of which
need C++11. We already use C++11 in blender2.8 and for Windows and macOS, so
this just affects Linux.
On many distributions this will not require any changes, on some
install_deps.sh will need to be run again to rebuild libraries.

- Undo that changes modes currently asserts,
since undo is now screen data.
Most likely we will change how object mode and workspaces work
since it's not practical/maintainable at the moment.
- Removed view_layer from particle settings
(wasn't needed and complicated undo).
Two issues are fixed with this commit:
1) When we build OIIO (on unixoid build environments) and no /src/doc/oiiotool was present we had no build target for it (which led to a build error). As we don't need docs for OIIO, we disable it now.
2) We specified a var that OIIO does not recognize (was removed upstream a long time ago): ILMBASE_VERSION.
