BF-admins agree to remove header information that isn't useful,
to reduce noise.

This makes is easy to create nested drawcalls that will inherit all the
parents properties. This is usefull if only a few uniforms changes for that
drawcall.
- pass label strlen since in many cases its already known.
- use single linked list for cached text drawing.
- add BLI_link_utils.h for single linked list macros.
own tests give approx 22% overall speedup.
