Issue was caused by the fact, that sequencer is working in sRGB space, but
when there's only image input strips we need to make sure conversion from
byte to float buffer would keep float buffer in sRGB space and wouldn't
make it linear as it's supposed to be in other areas.
- Make sure functions are named in way BKE_<object>_<action> (same way as RNA callbacks)
- Make functions which are used by mball.c only static and remove their prototypes
from public header file.
Further cleanup is coming.
due to old material copies hanging around in the preview database.
This crash happened pretty randomly, but was especially noticeable when using
node groups.
--debug
--debug-ffmpeg
--debug-python
--debug-events
--debug-wm
This makes debug output easier to read - event debug prints would flood output too much before.
For convenience:
--debug-all turns all debug flags on (works as --debug did before).
also removed some redundant whitespace in debug prints and prefix some prints with __func__ to give some context.
This fix adds a "ref_id" ID pointer to BKE_all_animdata_fix_paths_rename() & co, which is the ID against which prefix+oldName/NewName is "applied", currently only used for drivers' bones targets. Just pass NULL to get same behavior as previously. A bit annoying to make such a change for such a specific case, but there seems to be no other way to go... :/
while opengl could be used for display you couldn't output it to a file.
extended the existing opengl render operator to optionally take input from the sequencer.
notes:
- doesn't redraw in the viewport yet (only output in terminal)
- doesn't do OSA
Issue was caused by starting Icon Preview render job from two places:
- Texture buttons for small icon preview
- Properties panel in image editor for large icon of texture
This preview job is starting in suspended mode and if new instance of the same job is
starting, suspended job will be totally stopped. This is normally for cases when you're
changing different settings -- in this case you'd wouldn't want re-render be triggered
on every slide change.
But what we've have with brush preview is that two instances of this job were creating for
large and small icon separately, but because of described policy only one icon was rendered.
If suspended job is getting to be stopped, check if it was started for the same icon
resolution and if not, that resolution will be also rendered in new job.
So it'll be still minimal re-rendering happens, but in cases when job was started from
two places for different icon sizes it'll work just fine.
These changes are to make the bmesh api more consistent and easier to learn, grouping similar functions which is convenient for autocomplete.
This uses similar convention to RNA.
* use face/loop/edge/vert as a prefix for functions.
* use 'elem' as a prefix too for functions that can take any type with a BMHeader.
* changed from camel case to underscore separated (like RNA).
Added option display_type to WM_operator_properties_filesel which defines which file
display type (short/list/icons/default) should be used for file browser.
All current operators are using FILE_DEFAULTDISPLAY display type which means display
type will still be calculated based on type of opening file and user preferences
settings. Recover Auto Save operator is now using long display type so file date can
easily be checked now.
