a1830859fa Curves: Add soft selection in sculpt mode
This commit adds a float selection to curve control points or curves,
a sculpt tool to paint the selection, and uses the selection influence
in the existing sculpt brushes.

The selection is the inverse of the "mask" from mesh sculpt mode
currently. That change is described in more detail here: T97903

Since some sculpt tools are really "per curve" tools, they use the
average point selection of all of their points. The delete brush
considers a curve selected if any of its points have a non-zero
selection.

There is a new option to choose the selection domain, which affects how
painting the selection works. You can also turn the selection off by
clicking on the active domain.

Sculpt brushes can be faster when the selection is small, because
finding selected curves or points is generally faster than the
existing brush intersection and distance checks.

The main limitation currently is that we can't see the selection in the
viewport by default. For now, to see the selection one has to add a
simple material to the curves object as shown in the differential
revision. And one has to switch to Material Preview in the 3d view.

eae36be372 Refactor: Unify vertex and sculpt colors into new
color attribute system.

This commit removes sculpt colors from experimental
status and unifies it with vertex colors. It
introduces the concept of "color attributes", which
are any attributes that represents colors. Color
attributes can be represented with byte or floating-point
numbers and can be stored in either vertices or
face corners.

Color attributes share a common namespace
(so you can no longer have a floating-point
sculpt color attribute and a byte vertex color
attribute with the same name).

Note: this commit does not include vertex paint mode,
which is a separate patch, see:

336082acba Curves: Curve Pen
This tool can be used to rapidly edit curves. The current set of
functionalities for Bezier splines are as follows:

The functionalities are divided into three versions of the operator:
* Left-Click
* Ctrl + Left-Click
* Double Click

All current functionalities and their defaults are as follows:
* Extrude Point: Add a point connected to an existing point.
Enabled for Left-Click.
* Extrude Handle Type: Type of the handles of the extruded points.
Can be either Vector or Auto. Defaults to Vector.
* Delete Point: Delete existing point.
Enabled for Ctrl + Left-Click.
* Insert Point: Insert a point into a curve segment.
Enabled for Ctrl + Left-Click.
* Move Segment: Move curve segment.
Enabled for Left-Click.
* Select Point: Select a single point or handle at a time.
Enabled for Left-Click.
* Move point: Move existing points or handles.
Enabled for Left-Click.
* Close Spline: Close spline by clicking the endpoints consecutively.
Defaults to True.
* Close Spline Method: The condition for Close Spline to activate.
Can be one of None, On Press or On Click.
Defaults to On Click for Left-Click and None for the others.
  * None: Functionality is turned off.
  * On Press: Activate on mouse down.
This makes it possible to move the handles by dragging immediately
  after closing the spline.
  * On Click: Activate on mouse release.
This makes it possible to avoid triggering the Close Spline
  functionality by dragging afterward.
* Toggle Vector: Toggle handle between Vector and Auto handle types.
Enabled for Double Click on a handle.
* Cycle Handle Type: Cycle between all four handle types.
Enabled for Double Click on the middle point of a Bezier point.

The keybindings for the following functionalities can be adjusted from
the modal keymap
* Free-Align Toggle: Toggle between Free and Align handle types.
Defaults to Left Shift. Activated on hold.
* Move Adjacent Handle: Move the closer handle of the adjacent vertex.
Defaults to Left Ctrl. Activated on hold.
* Move Entire: Move the entire point by moving by grabbing on the handle
Defaults to Spacebar. Activated on hold.
* Link Handles: Mirror the movement of one handle onto the other.
Defaults to Right Ctrl. Activated on press.
* Lock Handle Angle: Move the handle along its current angle.
Defaults to Left Alt. Activated on hold.

All the above functionalities, except for Move Segment and
those that work with handles, work similarly in the case of Poly
and NURBS splines.

61aaeb3745 Curves: initial brush system integration for curves sculpt mode
This adds the boilerplate code that is necessary to use the tool/brush/paint
systems in the new sculpt curves mode.

Two temporary dummy tools are part of this patch. They do nothing and
only serve to test the boilerplate. When the first actual tool is added,
those dummy tools will be removed.

482806c816 VSE: Implement the bounding box (xform) tool in the seq preview window
Make the "xform" tool/gizmo available for strip transformations in the
sequencer preview window.

Because of the amount of hacks needed to make the gizmo work nicely with
multiple strips at the same time, it was decided to only show the
translate gizmo when multiple strips are selected.

This is because the transforms with multiple strips would appear buggy
because of our lack of shearing support in the transform system.
There is also currently no way to properly sync the gizmo drawing with
the transform when using multiple strips.

c7d94a7827 UI: avoid excessive padding for labels in headers
Labels in headers reserved space for an icon even when no icon was used.

This is caused by the shared function ui_text_icon_width adding 1.5x

Menu buttons detected this and subtracted the extra padding.

Instead of adding the same workaround for labels,
add ui_text_icon_width_ex that takes a padding argument.

Add presets for 'default', 'compact' and 'none' to avoid duplicating
padding values.

This allows removal of hard-coded label scaling for the add-object tool.

f8a0e102cf Weightpaint Gradient tool: expose falloff to the UI
By default, we'll always get a falloff like this from the tool:
{F10559413}

But in the context of using vertexgroups in modifiers/modeling, a choice
on how the gradient falloff of the Weightpaint Gradient tool is shaped
would be desirable:
"real" linear:
{F10559416}
Custom:
{F10559421}
{F10559428}

The way the Weightpaint gradient tool works is a bit outside the usual
tools that use brushes [even though it creates a brush on the fly in
`WPGradient_userData`].
However, it does not have an entry in `eBrushWeightPaintTool` and adding
one there does not play nice for the same reasons (not "really" being
integrated in the brush-based tools).

So in order to expose the brush curve in the UI, we would have to do one
of the following:
- [1] try to use `VIEW3D_PT_tools_brush_falloff`, for this to work:
-- make all kinds of exception in python super classes [`FalloffPanel`,
`BrushPanel`, `UnifiedPaintPanel`, ... -- including making real entries
in `eBrushWeightPaintTool`] to get a proper tool mode and...
-- .. to also make sure Falloff Shape and Front-Face Falloff are not
available [which the tool seems to just not support in its current form]
- [2] just have a simple, contained panel for this tool alone

This patch implements [2] and adds it as part of the ToolDef (could also
be done in `VIEW3D_HT_tool_header`, but again, I think this is nice to
keep separate from the usual tools)

c9d9bfa84a Keymap: preference for fallback-tool with RMB select
Expose a key-map preference "Fallback Tool (RMB)",
disabled by default.

The right mouse button uses the fallback tool
(currently visible selection tool in the toolbar),
instead of always tweaking.

When any selection tool is active, right mouse always tweaks.

To enable fallback selection on RMB, set the "Right Mouse Select Action"
to "Selection Tool".

Internal changes:

- Add fall-back key-maps, separate key-maps needed for when the tool is
run as a fall-back. This is needed so RMB-select can support fall-back
tools, so left-mouse can be used when it's the active tool and RMB
can be used as a fall-back action when another tool is active.
- Add options field to tools so tools without gizmos can enable the
  full-back tool keymap.
- Support multiple key-maps for keymap handlers.
- Fall-back keymaps now co-exist with the tool-keymaps.
So both keymaps may be active at once - using different mouse buttons.
When gizmos are in use, a highlighted gizmo prioritizes the
  tool-keymap over the fall-back keymap.

Following with the changes included to interpolate strokes of different number of points, a full review has been done in the interpolation tools.

* Interpolate now is a tool and not an operator. It was not logic to have this tool as a button.
* Interpolate tool parameters have been moved to topbar.
* Interpolate popover has been removed from topbar and interpolate `Sequence` operator has been moved to grease pencil menu.
* Interpolate Sequence now include a Redo panel.
* Interpolate tool now allows to select the strokes by pairs. This allows to interpolate any stroke with any stroke and not as before that it was only possible by drawing order. If no stroke is selected, the interpolation is done as before.
* Now is possible interpolate again if a previous keyframe exist. Before, it was impossible to interpolate two times in same frame and this made impossible to do the interpolation by groups of frames.
* New automatic option to `Flip strokes` if the stroke and end are not in the right position. Also the flip can be set manually for corner cases.
* Cleanup of menus related to interpolate.
* Fixed some bugs and removed parameters from scene because now all are tool or operator contained.
* Some code cleanup and function renames.

This commit also includes the some codebase to future implementation of the concept `Vertex Active` that now does not exist in grease pencil.
