bc090387ac Fix T82388: Sculpt mode: Unexpected undo behavior.
Issue exposed by rB4c7b1766a7f1.

Main idea is that non-memfile first undo step should check into previous
memfile and tag the ID it is editing as `future_changed`.

That way, when we go back and undo to the memfile, said IDs are properly
detected as changed and re-read from the memfile.

Otherwise, undo system sees them as unchanged, and just re-use the
current data instead.

Note that currently only Sculpt mode seems affected (probably because it
is storing the mode switch itself as a Sculpt undo step instead of a
memfile one), but similar action might be needed in some other cases
too.

0bae2662f4 Cleanup: Remove/replace C standard library assert() and header usages
We have our own assert implementation, `BLI_assert()` that is prefered over the
C standard library one. Its output is more consistent across compilers and
makes termination on assert failure optional (through `WITH_ASSERT_ABORT`).

In many places we'd include the C library header without ever accessing it.

83947ea253 Fix T74761: Reimplement vertex to face sets visibility sync
This fixes multiple issues:
- Adds tag to update shading when changing vertex visibiliyt. This makes the mesh visibility update when the operator ends.
- Sync vertex to face sets no longer requires the pmap, so it does not crash. (Maybe we can initialize the pmap on undo to avoid these problems in the future).
- Sync vertex to face sets now works in a coherent way with the rest of visibility operations. Hide Box and Hide mask now sync the visibility changes to the face sets, so the all the operations are now getting a correct visibility state.

383c4ba3d8 Fix excessive dependency graph evaluation while painting strokes
Particularly noticeable when vertex painting with a subsurf modifier.

In some cases every sculpt or paint stroke step would evaluate the dependency
graph. This should only happen for redraws. Now more selectively choose if the
dependency graph should be evaluated to initialize the view context. Doing it
in the view context evaluation is somewhat hidden, now it's more explicit.

3566b81c8b Refactor access to dependency graph
This change ensures that operators which needs access to evaluated data
first makes sure there is a dependency graph.

Other accesses to the dependency graph made it more explicit about
whether they just need a valid dependency graph pointer or whether they
expect the graph to be already evaluated.

This replaces OPTYPE_USE_EVAL_DATA which is now removed.

Some general rules about usage of accessors:

- Drawing is expected to happen from a fully evaluated dependency graph.
There is now a function to access it, which will in the future control
that dependency graph is actually evaluated.

This check is not yet done because there are some things to be taken
care about first: for example, post-update hooks might leave scene in
a state where something is still tagged for update.

- All operators which needs to access evaluated state must use
  CTX_data_ensure_evaluated_depsgraph().

  This function replaces OPTYPE_USE_EVAL_DATA.

The call is generally to be done in the very beginning of the
operator, prior other logic (unless this is some comprehensive
operator which might or might not need access to an evaluated state).

This call is never to be used from a loop.

If some utility function requires evaluated state of dependency graph
the graph is to be passed as an explicit argument. This way it is
clear that no evaluation happens in a loop or something like this.

- All cases which needs to know dependency graph pointer, but which
doesn't want to actually evaluate it can use old-style function
CTX_data_depsgraph_pointer(), assuming that underlying code will
ensure dependency graph is evaluated prior to accessing it.

- The new functions are replacing OPTYPE_USE_EVAL_DATA, so now it is
explicit and local about where dependency graph is being ensured.

This commit also contains some fixes of wrong usage of evaluation
functions on original objects. Ideally should be split out, but in
reality with all the APIs being renamed is quite tricky.

Fixes T67454: Blender crash on rapid undo and select

Speculation here is that sometimes undo and selection operators are
sometimes handled in the same event loop iteration, which leaves
non-evaluated dependency graph.

3fbdcefa17 Subdiv: Initial implementation of CCG
Attempts to substitude CCGDM with an OpenSubdiv based structure
which has less abstraction levels. The missing part in this
substitude is a face pointers which old CCGDM/multires code was
using to stitch faces (averaging boundaries).

Another curial bit missing: "reshaping" of multires CD_MDISPS
to the state of new PBVH grids.

The new code is only available when OpenSubdiv modifier is
enabled (WITH_OPENSUBDIV_MODIFIER=ON) and with debug value of
128. This is so this WIP code is not interfering with current
production machines in the studio.

3e86bb2d0b Sculpt/Paint: move PBVH building to use evaluated mesh instead of deprecated Derivedmesh.
Pretty straightforward changes, merely mimicking dm-related code,
which was already essentially using either Mesh or BMesh data to
build the PBVH...

Note that we "lose" the subsurf (a.k.a. grid) PBVH case here, but that
one was already dead code in current blender2.8, since final dm is
always a cddm built from evaluated mesh.

Proper fix is pending new code for subsurf/multires area.

The function definitions still reside in DerivedMesh.c. Once we're done
porting all the DerivedMesh use to Mesh, we'll move the still-relevant
functions to mesh_runtime.c. This move is now cumbersome due to shared
statically-declared utility functions in DerivedMesh.c

34ab90f546 Depsgraph: remove EvaluationContext, pass Depsgraph instead.
The depsgraph was always created within a fixed evaluation context. Passing
both risks the depsgraph and evaluation context not matching, and it
complicates the Python API where we'd have to expose both which is not so
easy to understand.

This also removes the global evaluation context in main, which assumed there
to be a single active scene and view layer.
