This caused an additional argument when exiting object modes
and many other low level functions which don't need to access context.
This simplifies fixing T77073.
The old convention was easy to confuse with ScrArea.
Part of https://developer.blender.org/T74432.
This is mostly a batch rename with some manual fixing. Only single word
variable names are changed, no prefixed/suffixed names.
Brecht van Lommel and Campbell Barton both gave me a green light for
this convention change.
Also ran clan clang format on affected files.
Add a callback to allow custom node editors to draw their own
backdrop.

This commit removes all references to the old timeline editor.
Unfortuantely, the removal of the Timeline spacetype defining
functions has ended up breaking the version patching code I'd
been working on earlier (as now, the editor gets marked as
"unknown/info" before we get a chance to patch it!)
Folders removed entirely:
* //extern/recastnavigation
* //intern/decklink
* //intern/moto
* //source/blender/editors/space_logic
* //source/blenderplayer
* //source/gameengine
This includes DNA data and any reference to the BGE code in Blender itself.
We are bumping the subversion.
Pending tasks:
* Tile/clamp code in image editor draw code.
* Viewport drawing code (so much of this will go away because of BI removal
that we can wait until then to remove this.
- yes, this does break scripts, but the api is marked experimental.
ED_region_draw_cb_activate() adds a callback to a region type whereas the api made it look like the callback was being added to the region instance.
Use a class method on bpy.types.Space to manage region drawing, eg.
was:
self._handle = context.region.callback_add(draw_callback_px, args, 'POST_PIXEL')
is now:
self._handle = bpy.types.SpaceView3D.draw_handler_add(draw_callback_px, args, 'WINDOW', 'POST_PIXEL')
