The old layout of `PointerRNA` was confusing for historic reasons:
```
typedef struct PointerRNA {
struct {
void *data;
} id;
struct StructRNA *type;
void *data;
} PointerRNA;
```
This patch updates it to:
```
typedef struct PointerRNA {
struct ID *owner_id;
struct StructRNA *type;
void *data;
} PointerRNA;
```
Throughout the code base `id.data` was replaced with `owner_id`.
Furthermore, many explicit pointer type casts were added which
were implicit before. Some type casts to `ID *` were removed.

Convention was not to but after discussion on 918941483f we agree its
best to change the convention.
Names now mostly follow RNA.
Some exceptions:
- Use 'nodetrees' instead of 'nodegroups'
since the struct is called NodeTree.
- Use 'gpencils' instead of 'grease_pencil'
since 'gpencil' is a common abbreviation in the C code.
Other exceptions:
- Leave 'wm' as it's a list of one.
- Leave 'ipo' as is for versioning.
BF-admins agree to remove header information that isn't useful,
to reduce noise.
- BEGIN/END license blocks
Developers should add non license comments as separate comment blocks.
No need for separator text.
- Contributors
This is often invalid, outdated or misleading
especially when splitting files.
It's more useful to git-blame to find out who has developed the code.
See P901 for script to perform these edits.
This commit allows RNA properties to return additional info on their editable state which may then be displayed in tooltips. To show how it works, it also adds some info for the editable check of proxies. For generally un-editable properties or properties of a linked data-block, RNA returns default strings.

Clarified the tooltip/description on the LatticePoint.co property to make it
clear that it shouldn't be edited, and that LatticePoint.co_deform should be
used instead.
the report explains the issue in detail, but basically you couldn't know if a mesh was in editmode without checking all the objects that use it.
add `is_editmode` readonly property for all datatypes which support editmode.
also make rna fail to build on implicit function declarations.
*Bezier points' softbody weight was called just "weight", when it is "weight_softbody" for NURBS ones, made it the same!
*Added "weight_softbody" to Lattice points as well.
Note about long lines: I did not touch to two pieces of code (because I don’t see any way to keep a nicely formated, compact code, with shorter lines):
* The node types definitions into rna_nodetree_types.h
* The vgroup name functions into rna_particle.c
This allows manual (point by point) animation of their control verts,
although many other settings cannot really be animated with any
visible effects yet. Interestingly, lattices also had IPO block
pointers, though they were never really used (AFAIK).
Todo:
- Animation Editor support has yet to be added. I've got a few other
things to add to, so will group those changes together.
only tags the ID and does the actual flush/update delayed, before the next
redraw. For objects the update was already delayed, just flushing wasn't
yet.
This should help performance in python and animation editors, by making
calls to RNA property update quicker. Still need to add calls in a few
places where this was previously avoided due to bad performance.
