(Note for Lockal: also checked fcurves/drivers, but those names are directly taken from RNA prop name, hence they are as UI label, translated in the current language, but not stored in data. So no problem here ;) ).
* new/remove for GPencil frames/strokes/
* add/pop for points
* clear for frame/layer & grease_pencil
* copy for frame
+ fix for free_gpencil_frames() not clearing the active frame
As suggested by Campbell on the IRC gave grease pencil its own notifier type (NC_GPENCIL) and made the makesrna notifier functions actually update properly.
Also got the #ifdef'd GreasePencil.layers.[new/remove] functions working.
Generated and UV coordinates from the duplicator of instance instead of the
object itself.
This was used in e.g. Big Buck Bunny for texturing instanced feathers with
a UV map on the bird. Many files changed, mainly to do some refactoring to
get rid of G.rendering global in duplilist code.
The issue was caused by SEQ_BEGIN macro modifying sequence's depth
which ruined transformation routines. Used own DFS instead which
doesn't modify sequences.
Also corrected some typos in api and comments.
Issue was happening when linking armature object and making proxy and was
caused by not copying visualization settings in BKE_pose_copy_data.
This lead to deadlocks in motion path drawing code.
After discussion with Campbell decided it is crucial fix since it fixes
bug appearing in really common scenario of using armatures.
Made it so viewport will disable color management if display device set to None.
This solves couple of regressions, mainly related on old BGE files and made
None display behave exactly as old color management disabled.
- movieclip unlink didn't clear node ID pointers from the scene (leaving dangling pointers).
- mask datablock unlink was clearning references from scene nodes twice.
Issue was caused by cycles being duplicated curve objects before converting
them to mesh. This duplication will loose pointcache which resulted in object
not being properly deformed.
Made offset and crop working in final resolution space, meaning that visual result
would be the same when using different proxy resolution in sequencer preview and
different resolution percentage when rendering.
It could break some files designed to with render percentage not equal to 100%
using wrong image crop and offset values. But this would also make it easier to
setup scene and render it with different percentage (useful for preview renders
for example)
Color management would be applied on both of float and byte buffers on image
save in cases if file format doesn't require linear float buffer and if image
is saving as render result.
This solves both initial report issue and TODO marked in previous fix.
Also de-duplicated image buffer color managing code and gave some more
meaningful names for few functions. Also wrote documentation around this
function, so current assumptions about spaces should be clear enough.
Made regression tests by saving EXR/PNG images to all supported format and
rendering OpenGL/Normal animation, in all cases seems everything is fine,
but more tests for sure would be welcome.
this is a regression with color management, TIFF's were always being written as 8bit
however the float buffer is assumed to be linear when converting from float to 16bit pixels per channel, so support for color management might need to be added here.

Also addressed code inconsistency due to changes in the trunk revision 50628 (color
management with OCIO) and 50806 (UV project material). OCIO-related changes are marked
OCIO_TODO as in some other files modified in revision 50628.
When appling a particle system to a face whose area size is zero,
the jitter distribution failed. fmod() produces a NaN value in this
case. This commit simply checks if the jitter offset (I guess that is
"jitoff" means) and only call psys_uv_to_w() if it's a real floating
point number.
