commit 6f97e194e58aab38d351c796bf7bb6abca33f5f9

Code cleanup: Move some uiBut->flag to uiBut->drawflag, make those flags anonymous enums.
Summary:
Make some room in but->flag (I did not add another flag, we already have drawflag, which was nearly not used up till now).
Note: I’m not sure whether REDALERT (and perhaps even DISABLED?) should not go to but->drawflag as well...

Developer Note:
* minmax & centroid was being calculated when creating trans-verts but never used.
* static vars removed, replace with TransVertStore stack var.
directory if name was not fully matched
When hitting tab to complete a directory name in the filepath field in the
filebrowser Blender shows a "create new directory?" popup, if the beginning
of directory name typed in the field matches many entries. For example if you
have directories in the open directory called "test123" and "test456", typing
"te", tab would complete up to "test", but ask to create a new folder with the
name "test".
This patch unsets the boolean storing the info about changing filepath if the
folder with the completed name does not exist.

Summary:
Before this adding Surface type of force field and removing
this field would leave Surface modifier alive in the stack.
This might be really misleading and annoying.
Now removing force field will ensure no modifiers needed for
it are remained in the stack.
This also fixes missing notifier to redraw modifier stack
when changing force field type.

confusion, grid snap is now the default as it seems to be the most wanted and easy to use mode.
Absolute grid snapping happens in a somewhat generic function 'applyGridAbsolute', which could also be used for objects and other transforms later on. It is conceptually similar to the 'project' snapping
option, in that it calculates a delta vector for each element on top of the overall transform, which places each node on the grid.
Node transform now uses the top-left node corner for TransformData->loc. The transform center is still the average of node centers, so that scaling and rotation works nicely.
snapGrid*** functions have been renamed to snapGridIncrement*** to distinguish better between incremental and absolute grid snapping.
The scene pointer used for looking up the appropriate source of render result images in the image editor was always taken from context. This means that render results for a different scene would never be
displayed in the image editor.
To give feedback on running renders, try to get the running render job's scene pointer in the image editor for render result type images. This only happens during rendering, apart from that the regular
context scene result is displayed.
Added two options to a header of FCurve editor:
- Normalize which makes it so every individual
curve is fit into -1..1 space.
- Auto-normalize, which probably is to be called
"Lock" which "locks" curve normalization scale.
This is useful to prevent curves from jumping
around when tweaking it.
It's debatable whether it need to be a button to
normalize curves n purpose only, and it's fully
depends on animator's workflow.
Here during Project Pampa we've got Francesco
who get used to auto-renormalization and Hjalti
who prefers locked behavior.
Docs are to be ready soon by Francesco.
Thanks Brecht for the review!
Remove usages of ANIM_unit_mapping_apply_fcurve in favor of
runtime scale factor apply.
There're still calls to ANIM_nla_mapping_apply_fcurve are
hanging around, they're the next t be cleaned up!
since enough bmesh operations can also take advantage of direct index lookups on verts/edges/faces.

- EDBM_vert/edge/face_at_index -> BM_vert/edge/face_at_index

"transform matrix" of the hook was not inited (reset) when assinging and object to it, now use same code for both OBJECT_OT_hook_reset operator and RNA object assignement.
Reviewed by Brecht, thanks.
Currently supports only two modes:
- Show alpha channel of the mask
- Multiply footage by the mask, which will give
you final-looking combined image.
TODO: Currently rasterization happens on every
redraw, need to cache rasterized mask
somewhere to make redraw more realtime.
to quickly toggle it on/off.
Problem is accessing freed data, now the job is ended immediately. Fix based
on patch from Sergey and investigation from Bastien.
curves and metaballs now behave the same as meshes wrt grid scaling.
remove WM_operator_view3d_distance_invoke(), and replace with a function called from exec which initializes defaults, this way operators can have their own invoke functions.
when running viewport operations with exec() rather then invoke(), perform the action immediately rather then using smoothview.
makes viewport operations usable from python scripts.
- array of quats is now aligned with the vertices (over alloc, it simplifies things and removes need to set invalid index values).
- remove visit-bitmap from crazyspace_get_mapped_editverts(). setting coords multiple times isnt bad.
The limit for dragging a gesture on an area corner was smaller then the area hot-spot,
so you could click on the right-most side of the bottom-left corner, drag left - pass the gesture threshold and still be in the same area. so a motion intended as a join would register as a split.
Happened more with high DPI values. fix by ensuring the drag limit is always higher then the hotspot.
* 'Show Debug' now enabled for all newly created drivers. For most users, it is
useful to be able to see this to help figure out what's going on
* Removed failed experiment of creating new drivers with Generator FModifiers. I
had hoped that this would make it easier to create drivers that doubled or
halved the input values, but that has proved to not be the case, and instead
made harder for most users to set things up (as they'd have to remove these
first).
Now, when adding drivers from the UI, these get created with two keyframes (at
(0,0) and (1,1) for a 1-1 mapping), which can be easily tweaked normally.
However, for backwards compatability of scripts (notably rigify, and perhaps
some others out there), when creating drivers from scripts, they will still get
created with Generator FModifiers for now. We can review this situation again
for 2.7, but for now it seems ok.
previously this had to be done one by one.
both single and triagle vertex parents can be made, selected based on distance to the verts.
Developer notes:
- looks like this was old TODO, enums existed but weren't used.
- only meshes currently support using.
- added BKE_object_as_kdtree(), may come in handy for similar cases.
Instead of having ifdef __GNUC__ all over the headers
to use special compiler's hints use a special file where
all things like this are concentrated.
Makes code easier to follow and allows to manage special
attributes in more efficient way.
Thanks Campbell for review!
this was only done in some cases before and it was possible to enable weightpaint+sculpt at the same time when enabling sculpt by directly running the mode switching operator.
add generic function to ensure a compatible mode before entering the new mode (added to each operators exec function)
Many thanks to Brecht for the review!
* You can now drag-resize uiLists (in default or grid layouts).
** Note about "default" size: when you drag below minimal size of the uiList, it will automatically reset to automatic sizing (i.e. size between rows and maxrows, depending on the number of items to show). This often means (e.g. in Materials list with many mat slots) that the list will grow again to maxrows!
* Grid uiLists now have a customizable number of columns (previously it was a fixed value of 9), and they will respect the rows/maxrows settings as well (i.e. show a scrollbar when needed), instead of growing indefinitly!
Currently only circle and square, might be easily
extended in the future.
New primitives are creating at cursor location.
This also implied adding 2d cursor to space clip.
Also fix set 2D cursor location which didn't work
in image editor's mask mode since 2.67.
TODO: draw_image_cursor better be moved to some
more generic file, but it's not so much
important for now and might be solved later.
Thanks Campbell for the review!
