bac7353801 Depsgraph: New dependency graph integration commit
This commit integrates the work done so far on the new dependency graph system,
where goal was to replace legacy depsgraph with the new one, supporting loads of
neat features like:

- More granular dependency relation nature, which solves issues with fake cycles
  in the dependencies.

- Move towards all-animatable, by better integration of drivers into the system.

- Lay down some basis for upcoming copy-on-write, overrides and so on.

The new system is living side-by-side with the previous one and disabled by
default, so nothing will become suddenly broken. The way to enable new depsgraph
is to pass `--new-depsgraph` command line argument.

It's a bit early to consider the system production-ready, there are some TODOs
and issues were discovered during the merge period, they'll be addressed ASAP.
But it's important to merge, because it's the only way to attract artists to
really start testing this system.

5c74ac2c2a Build Modifier - Add "Reversed" Option
This commit introduces the ability to make the Build Modifier operate in reverse,
essentially allowing it to be used as a "deconstruction" effect.

(See D219 for more details about use cases for this)

00bd7da674 correct error in recent changes for building with openmp.
rename DM_OMP_LIMIT to BKE_MESH_OMP_LIMIT and set to 0 when in debug mode, same for BM_OMP_LIMIT.

ec30e3f00e corrections to modifiers from recent normal handling changes
- solidify didn't define a dependsOnNormals callback (which it should have)
- build wasn't passing on dirty normals.
- decimate wasnt setting dirty normals.

a9fb183901 rename BLI_ghashIterator_notDone() -> BLI_ghashIterator_done()
was renamed fairly recently but other similar iterators not negated
	like this, would prefer to keep it as it was

53b7bc8f1f Change !BLI_ghashIterator_isDone to BLI_ghashIterator_notDone. It is
always used in that context so we can at least avoid reverting it twice
:p.

ed33320e3f Code cleanup: simplify standard GHash creation.
Added four new functions as shortcuts to creating GHashes that use the
standard ptr/str/int/pair hash and compare functions.

GHash *BLI_ghash_ptr_new(const char *info);
GHash *BLI_ghash_str_new(const char *info);
GHash *BLI_ghash_int_new(const char *info);
GHash *BLI_ghash_pair_new(const char *info);

Replaced almost all occurrences of BLI_ghash_new() with one of the
above functions.

318b44fe5d Refactor of modifiers' apply function: now use a single bit-flag parameter to pass options, instead of having one parameter per boolean flag (i.e. replaces current useRenderParams and isFinalCalc by a single ModifierApplyFlag flag. ModifierApplyFlag is an enum defined in BKE_modifier.h). This way we won't anymore have to edit all modifier files when e.g. adding a new control flag!
Should have no effect over modifier behavior.

723484ec06 Removed old "bsystem_time()" function, which by now is just a
duplicate of BKE_curframe() which just takes two extra args.

For the few calls in the physics engine where CFRA+1 instead of CFRA
was being used, I've added a new BKE_nextframe() call, which will
calculate for CFRA+1 instead of CFRA in much the same way that
bsystem_time() would end up doing things (which means including
subframe steps).

06aee2ef0e misc warnings/fixes
- WITH_OPENJPEG wasn't defined for creator.c with CMake.
- remove shadowed/redefined vars.
- remove some unused RNA report args.
- re-arrange IMB_FILE_TYPES so IRIS is not the first format tested, since its not very common test JPEG and PNG first.

4124804b4e many functions in blender are not marked static but should be.
most local modifier,GPU,ImBuf and Interface functions are now static.

also fixed an error were the fluid modifier definition and the header didnt have the same number of args.
